Originally, we allowed our support team to manually add or apply coupon codes to existing orders as a goodwill exception for a small number of customers who had simply forgotten to enter the coupon code during checkout. The intention was to provide additional convenience and flexibility to our customers, which is why we maintained this practice for quite a long time.

However, over time, this goodwill arrangement has unfortunately been repeatedly abused. We have received an increasing number of requests to retroactively add, change, or replace coupon codes after orders have already been placed and processed. This has created a significant amount of additional manual work for our support team and has also led to unnecessary disputes and confusion regarding promotions and pricing.

As a result, we have decided to discontinue this exception. We are no longer able to manually add, modify, or apply coupon codes to orders that have already been placed.

If you would like to use a specific coupon code, you may request a refund/cancellation of the current service, provided that the service is still eligible for a refund under our refund policy, and then place a new order using the desired coupon code during checkout.

Please make sure to review and apply any applicable promotional code before completing your future orders, as discounts cannot be retroactively applied after an order has been processed.

We appreciate your understanding. This policy allows us to maintain a consistent and fair process for all customers while reducing unnecessary manual intervention and potential disputes.
