原因是担心误按了稍后更新之类，之前用过 macOS 小助手，屏蔽红点功能，貌似有点效果好像不彻底，没安装之前，只要用了 pd 虚拟机后，必定弹出更新 macOS 通知，安装小助手后，没见过弹通知了，但是间隔一两个月不定期总是会有更新提示，好像是和苹果官方推送更新的时间接近，平时倒是不会提醒，但是仍然担心，有什么办法可以彻底禁用更新通知？类似 iOS 上 tvOS 办法有吗？
还望大佬指点。
