英语学习方法、工具、信息源整理

之前收集了一些和英语学习有关的内容，今天花时间整理了一下，分享给各位佬友。

1. 系统路径/方法论

最推荐的英语学习方法是Stephen Krashen提出的第二语言习得理论，进行大量可以理解的沉浸式输入。

up主罗肖尼Shawney做了非常好的介绍，语言学习社区Refold也提供了详细的学习路径指导

路径汉化版。

还有李笑来编写的”1000小时“和人人都能用英语学习方法

吸收了一些二语习得的理论，但更加侧重于输出、口语，里面还详细介绍了如何利用AI辅助语言学习，也值得一看。

另外就是“总所周知”的间隔重复理论，每隔一段时间就要复习…

3. 信息源

基于可输入性的假说，应该只选取比自己理解水平高一点的阅读信息（自己感觉兴趣，愿意读的），忍受这种微弱的模糊性，这样才不至于采用过多的猜测和判断方法，导致最后对文章的理解偏差极大或者读不下去。
