入手了个WAPAC Hinet，依旧像个新兵蛋子，今天的ipv4不能直连

既然有额外的IPV6，就在Singbox又弄了个优先IPV6落地，中转都要填ipv4的ddns，不然延迟会高

再附一个singbox优先IPV6
