佬是什么时候被封的的啊，可以参考一下申诉吗

我之前发的也不是人工回复的。甚至后来也不给回了。我会的还是我之前给他们发的信息，甚至时间都没改。

我连着发了10次了，都是模板回复，正在处理中。

这个是我用的邮件，好像是之前改的一个社区里面的佬友的。

Dear giffgaff Support Team,

I am writing to formally request a refund of the remaining Airtime Credit (real cash balance) on my recently closed account. My account details: Username: XXXX Phone Number: XXX Original Payment Method: Credit Card ending in XXX I understand that my account was terminated due to the roaming/location usage policy, and I am not disputing the closure of the account itself. However, I am writing to dispute the confiscation of my pre-paid funds. I am only requesting the refund of my own deposited money (Airtime Credit). I am not asking for a refund of any promotional bonus credit, nor am I asking for the refund of any active Goodybag. Since giffgaff has terminated the service and I can no longer use this network, retaining my unspent, self-funded balance is unreasonable and unfair to me as a consumer. I kindly request that you process the refund of my remaining cash balance to my original payment method. If giffgaff insists on refusing this refund, please treat this message as a formal complaint. In that case, I require you to provide a formal “Deadlock Letter” clearly stating the specific Terms and Conditions that give giffgaff the right to confiscate a consumer’s deposited cash balance without providing the service.

I will use this Deadlock Letter to escalate the matter to the Communications Ombudsman for independent arbitration, and I reserve the right to initiate a chargeback through my financial institution. I hope we can resolve this matter amicably and promptly without needing to escalate it further. Thank you for your time and assistance.
