全球最大的芯片代工制造商台积电预计最早将于明年开始生产其最先进的 1.4 纳米 (nm) 工艺技术。

据《中国时报》和《经济日报》等台湾媒体报道，台湾科技委员会中央科技园区管理局周三公布了台积电在台中园区二期扩建地块上兴建的半导体工厂Fab 25的建设进展，该项目于去年10月破土动工。

据官方消息，Fab 25的首座工厂P1的钢结构工程已经完成。该工厂预计将于2027年4月竣工，届时将立即开始试生产。

第二座工厂 P2 的建设进度也比原计划更快，预计将于明年年底前投产。

Fab 25的整体建设工期比原计划提前了约六个月。待P1至P4四座工厂全部于2028年建成后，预计年销售额将超过5000亿新台币（约合160亿美元）。

Fab 25 的建成预计将创造约 4500 个新的就业岗位。

管理局副局长王俊杰表示，P1 已经完成了钢结构施工，目前正在进行楼板施工，而 P2 目前处于基础施工阶段，预计将于 2027 年 10 月左右完工。

有消息人士称，随着台积电迈入 1.4nm 生产阶段，包括 ASML、东京电子和 KLA 在内的主要半导体材料、零部件和设备公司正在向台中地区扩张。
