背景：先前两个号同一天发起过退款的申请，被拒了，想着两三百块钱就没管了，懒得折腾。9/11号看到有很多退款成功的了，于是乎又去申请了工单。然后耗时8天，两个号的钱全部退了哈哈=

My account details: Username: 你的giffgaff用户名，Phone Number: 你的giffgaff电话号码，Original Payment Method: Credit Card ending in 你的支付卡尾号，I understand that my account was terminated due to the roaming/location usage policy, and I am not disputing the closure of the account itself. However, I am writing to dispute the confiscation of my pre-paid funds. I am only requesting the refund of my own deposited money (Airtime Credit). I am not asking for a refund of any promotional bonus credit, nor am I asking for the refund of any active Goodybag. Since giffgaff has terminated the service and I can no longer use this network, retaining my unspent, self-funded balance is unreasonable and unfair to me as a consumer.
