主要对比的两家harness是
claude code(deepseek-v4.1-flash-1017 max) vs. codex(gpt-6.1-sol max)
近期陆陆续续让ai安排做实验
常见的一个需求是监控实验进度
预期是早期频繁监控 → 中后期稳定训练后减少监控频次
我之前用pi的时候，模型喜欢sleep x; check something，这也是符合需求的
而到codex这一块，基本需要提示才会主动休眠后检查
这一块在感官上是有些笨拙的,它不等什么进程/任务完成
它一直在干，都是手动打断暂停，不够优雅
而claude code用background / monitor 这类方式是真的可以帮忙监控
流程很干净很懂事，harness始祖用起来还是很舒服的
claude不当人，claude code还可以，用了一年多还是最喜欢claude code
至于其他zcode，dsh，kimi我一般都只用对应自家模型跑审核和杂活
干活一直都是cc和cx，cx最近这个问题有点痛，比较保守
cc给我的感觉更多是指哪打哪，先完成再说，比较莽
配合deepseek-flash吃起来很安心

推荐串行先a后b的任务使用claude code进行监控和跟进，目前用着省心好多，幻视opus5.5

codex多干多错越干越乱，claude code是少干少错，互相debate一下也能用的很省心

CC的系统提示词很多的，而且我记得是最多的那一个

扒了一下，CC在提示词里面有约束这个
You can use the run_in_background parameter to run the command in the background. Only use this if you don’t need the result immediately and are OK being notified when the command completes later. You do not need to check the output right away - you’ll be notified when it finishes.
