应该是集中处理了一批，我看了下昨天回复我了，说3-5天退款，我是8月13申请的，20多天才处理

Since giffgaff has terminated the service and I can no longer use this network, retaining my unspent, self-funded balance is unreasonable and unfair to me as a consumer.

I kindly request that you process the refund of my remaining cash balance to my original payment method.

If giffgaff insists on refusing this refund, please treat this message as a formal complaint. In that case, I require you to provide a formal *“Deadlock Letter”* clearly stating the specific Terms and Conditions that give giffgaff the right to confiscate a consumer’s deposited cash balance without providing the service. I will use this Deadlock Letter to escalate the matter to the *Communications Ombudsman* for independent arbitration, and I reserve the right to initiate a chargeback through my financial institution.

I hope we can resolve this matter amicably and promptly without needing to escalate it further.
