我这号是废了？

大概率是降智+限流了，我也废了好几个号了。解决方案就是退出所有登录，静止 24h 。通常能恢复，但使用量一上去 依旧 限流+降智。

@ysz1121 我有朋友的中转的号，本来一直用那个来的，今天想着老用别人的也不叫个事，准备把 plus 升级到 pro 。。。结果号挂了

感觉不是账号问题

@luotuoxiaohui 聊天没问题，work 就不行。我朋友的 pro 也没问题。很难说不是号的问题。。

我的 pro 号也一直是 429 重置之后就这样了, 无语了

通过 openai 帮助中心检测 gpt 账号是否降智
1.打开 https://help.openai.com/
2.发送：
Selected model is at capacity. Please try a different model.
3.输入检测的 gpt 邮箱

如果是降智的号 会告诉你付费订阅有效也会有相关访问限制

没降智显示：

我咋感觉是.codex 里的回话太多导致的，清空一下，试试呢
