根据上面两个佬发的话题，我看了下客服的答复，应该是当成已经封了处理的，我分享一下我的话术：

I’ve now moved to China permanently, so I no longer need the number or the service.Given the recent concerns about account suspensions, I’d prefer to close things off and have the remaining £9.70 refunded back to the original payment card.I’d really appreciate it if you could help process this refund and let me know if you need any further details from me.
大致意思就是我因为了解到最近在封禁中国用户，我已经永久移居中国了，所以申请退款，我觉得有必要强调自己是正常用户，还没被封禁，然后尽可能不要体现出自己是中国用户，否则直接狠狠亏损10英镑了
